JD Posner Business Solutions was founded by Jennifer Posner, a seasoned financial leader with a passion for helping independent restaurants and coffee shops thrive. With a sharp analytical mindset and a deep understanding of financial systems, Jennifer has guided companies through traditional bank financing, mergers and acquisitions, and complex reporting challenges. Her collaborative style and operational know-how consistently drive profitability and process efficiency.
Jennifer’s journey began at Orange Julius (yes, really), where she discovered her love for the hustle of a busy shop and the systems behind the scenes. That early spark led her to study accounting and analytics, eventually building a career as a trusted Controller across the West Coast.
Throughout her career, Jennifer worked with restaurants, franchises, delis, coffee shops, grocery stores, and distribution centers, gaining a front-row seat to the challenges food businesses face every day. Recognizing that no great business is built alone, she assembled a team of professionals who share her values: clear communication, practical problem-solving, and genuine care for the people we serve.
